TSAMTO, April 25. Russian Defense Ministry has received the first batch of mobile systems EW “Krasuha-4”, which can suppress the signals of radar reconnaissance satellites, ground-based radar and AWACS aircraft systems, write “News”.
According to the newspaper, “now four such complexes are in operation.”
According to a source, “Izvestia”, ” to end of the year the EW forces will recieve a few such complexes , which will serve as modules for more complex global systems for jamming.”
“The systems are designed and manufactured based on entities of the JSC” Concern “Radio-electronic technology.” Work on the systems’ Krasuha “began in 2009, and since 2010 the state tests are conducted and the first prototypes of delivery” – write “News”.
