Indian Ministry of Defence has announced a tender for the supply of 104 anti-aircraft missile and gun systems for ground troops, according to Defense News. The new system will replace the outdated anti-aircraft missile systems “Kvadrat” Soviet production. As expected, the winner will receive a contract worth at least $ 1.6 billion. It is planned to consider primarily the proposals of the national companies.
