Reconciliation of opposing sides
The total number of inhabited areas, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, has reached 1075.
Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been continued with field commanders of illegal armed groups in the Damascus province, and detachments of armed opposition in the Homs, Hama, Aleppo, and al-Quneitra provinces.
The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings remained 94.
Within last 24 hours, 27 bombardments performed by illegal armed formations have been registered in the provinces of Damascus (18), Aleppo (7), Hama (2).
In the Damascus province, armed formations of the Jaysh al-Islam grouping, which had claimed to be the opposition one, have fired mortars and small arms against Jaubar, Mazraad Mahmud, Kabun, Meida, Kafr Batna, Buzaina, Barza, Haush Faddaliya, al-Abbasiin stadium in al-Qasa, Ibn al-Walid hospital, al-Wafidin camp in Duma.
Ahrar al-Sham armed formations have fired mortars and small arms against the Ashrafia quarter in the Aleppo city, as well as against the Jamariya Harb al-Zahraain inhabited area (Latakia province).
In the Aleppo province, groupings of Jabhat Fateh al-Sham (Jabhat al-Nusra) terrorist organization have fired multiple launch rocket systems, mortars and small arms against the positions of the Syrian government troops near the height 452, the “1070”, “3000”, Ashrafiya and Dahiya al-Assad quarters in the Aleppo city.
The Arbin, Haush Harabu, Haush Nasri inhabited areas, as well as a sports ground in Jaubar have been shelled in the Damascus province.
In the Hama province, terrorists have fired against Maharda and Suran inhabited areas.
Russian Aerospace Forces and Syrian Air Force did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the Syrian population
Within last 24 hours, five humanitarian events have been held, in course of which civilians received humanitarian aid.
In the temporary accommodation facilities for citizens, who had left the eastern areas of the Aleppo city:
– in the Jibrin area – about 5 tons;
– in the Sheikh Maqsood area – about 2 tons;
– in the Sahur-3 area – about 2 tons;
– in the Ansari area – about 2 tons.
The Deir-Zayrun inhabited area (Latakia province) has received about 4 tons of humanitarian cargoes.
Posts with hot meal and items of first necessity for civilians of the Aleppo city continue their work.
