Reconciliation of opposing sides
The total number of inhabited areas, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, remained 1074.
Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been continued with field commanders of illegal armed groups in the Damascus province, and detachments of armed opposition in the Homs, Hama, Aleppo, and al-Quneitra provinces.
The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings remained 94.
Within last 24 hours, 25 bombardments performed by illegal armed formations have been registered in the provinces of Damascus (14), Aleppo (7), Hama (2), Daraa (1), and Latakia (1).
In the Damascus province, armed formations of the Jaysh al-Islam grouping, which had claimed to be the opposition one, have fired mortars and small arms against Jaubar, Bala al-Kadima, Kabun, Mazraad Mahmud, Harasta, and Basatin al-Qanawat area in the Damascus city.
Ahrar al-Sham armed formations have fired mortars and small arms against the Salah al-Din quarter in the Aleppo city and Iqqo in the Latakia province.
Groupings of Jabhat Fateh al-Sham (Jabhat al-Nusra) terrorist organization have fired multiple launch rocket systems, mortars and small arms against Shurfa inhabited area, the Ansari, Jamariya Harb al-Zahraa, Leramon, al-Amriya quarters, and Kastello trade center in the Aleppo city.
Jaubar, Kabun, Kepta, Haush Nasri, Haush al-Shalaq, Haush Harabu, and Haush Faddaliya have been shelled in the Damascus province.
Terrorists have fired against Kornaz and Hamamiyat in the Hama province.
Sheikh Miskin has been shelled in the Daraa province.
Russian Aerospace Forces and Syrian Air Force did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the Syrian population
Within last 24 hours, two humanitarian events have been held:
civilians and insurgents, who were leaving Eastern Aleppo, have received hot meals and food products (about 0.5 ton) on the Ramussi Bridge;
citizens of Naraa (Homs province) have received items of first necessity and food products (about 1.5 tons).
