Reconciliation of opposing sides

Within last 24 hours, one truce agreement has been signed with representatives of an inhabited area in the Latakia province.

The total number of inhabited areas, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, has reached 1074.

Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been continued with field commanders of illegal armed groups in Muaddamiyet al-Shikh in the Damascus province, and detachments of armed opposition in the Homs, Hama, Aleppo, and al-Quneitra provinces.

The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings remained 94.

Ceasefire observation

Within last 24 hours, 26 bombardments performed by illegal armed formations have been registered in the provinces of Damascus (16), Aleppo (8), Hama (2).

In the Damascus province, armed formations of the Jaysh al-Islam grouping, which had claimed to be the opposition one, have fired mortars and small arms against Barza, Buzayna, Jaubar (twice), Kabun, Kafr Batna, Mazraad Mahmud, Harasta, Ibn al-Walid hospital, al-Wafidin camp.

In the Aleppo province, Ahrar al-Sham armed formations have fired mortars against the Skha-Baza quarter in the Aleppo city.

Groupings of Jabhat Fateh al-Sham (Jabhat al-Nusra) terrorist organization have fired tube artillery, mortars and small arms against the 3000, Suqari (twice), Leramon, Amri, al-Amriya, Manyan quarters in the Aleppo city.

In the Hama province, terrorists have shelled Makharda and Suran inhabited areas.

Russian Aerospace Forces and Syrian Air Force did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.

Humanitarian aid to the Syrian population

Within last 24 hours, one humanitarian event has been held, in course of which the hospital for children with oncological diseases in the Latakia city has received about a ton of humanitarian aid.
