Reconciliation of the opposing sides
Within last 24 hours, truce agreements have been signed with representatives of 5 inhabited areas of the Latakia province.
The total number of inhabited areas, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, has reached 1012.
Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been continued with field commanders of illegal armed groups in the Damascus province, and detachments of armed opposition in the Homs, Hama, Aleppo, and al-Quneitra provinces.
The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings remained 88.
Within last 24 hours, 36 shellings performed by illegal armed formations have been registered in the provinces of Aleppo (19), Damascus (13), Hama (2), Latakia (1), and Daraa (1).
In the Damascus province, armed formations of the Jaysh al-Islam grouping, which had claimed to be the opposition one, have fired mortars and small arms against Jaubar, Blelije, Harasta and Mathanat al-Huseiniya.
Armed formations of the Free Syrian Army have fired Hellfire multiple launch rocket systems and mortars against Bayada and Hai al-Antari quarters of the Aleppo city.
In the Latakia province, armed formations of Ahrar al-Sham have fired mortars against positions of the government troops near height 323.
In the Aleppo province, terrorist groupings of Jabhat Fateh al-Sham (Jabhat al-Nusra) and ISIS have fired multiple launch rocket systems, tube artillery, grenade launchers and small arms against Shurfa inhabited area, Binyamin, Sheikh Said, 1070, 3000, Aqyul, Amri, Dahiya al-Assad, Jamaiyah Faht, Jabal Bidaru, Karen Jabal, and al-Sahine quarters, Kastello trade center, al-Assad military academy, and area of paperboard factory in the Aleppo city.
In the Damascus province, terrorists have shelled Haush Nasri, Arbin, Harasta, Haush Harabu, and electricity station in Jaubar.
Terrorists have also shelled Hamamiyat and Makharda in the Hama province as well as Sheikh Miskin in the Daraa province.
Russian Aerospace Forces and Syrian Air Force did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the population of Syria
Within last 24 hours, one humanitarian event has been held in the area of Hananu 3 in the Aleppo city and al-Mahalej camp for refugees in the Aleppo province, in course of which citizens have received about 6 tons of humanitarian aid.
Posts with hot meal and items of first necessity continue their work for civilians who leave the districts of the Aleppo city, which are under control of terrorist armed groupings.
Within last 24 hours, 3193 civilians, including 1587 children, have left the blocked areas of the eastern part of Aleppo under the auspices of the Russian Centre for reconciliation.
