Reconciliation of the opposing sides
Within last 24 hours, truce agreements have been signed with representatives of 4 inhabited areas of the Hama (2) and Latakia (2) provinces.
The total number of inhabited areas, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, has reached 971.
Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been continued with field commanders of illegal armed groups in the Homs, Hama, Aleppo, and al-Quneitra provinces.
The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings remained 70.
Within last 24 hours, 46 shellings performed by illegal armed formations have been registered in the provinces of Aleppo (19), Damascus (23), Hama (2), al-Quneitra (1), and Daraa (1).
In the Damascus province, armed formations of the Jaysh al-Islam grouping, which had claimed to be the opposition one, have fired mortars and small arms against Kafr Batna, Jaubar, al-Qasa and Bludan, highway near Duma, al-Mezza and Adavi quarters, and area of the al-Abbasiin stadium in Jaubar (twice), and area of the Feiha sports complex.
Armed groups of the Free Syrian Army have fired against al-Masharqa quarters of the Aleppo city.
In the Aleppo province, terrorist groupings of Jabhat Fateh al-Sham (Jabhat al-Nusra) and ISIS have fired MLRS, tube artillery, mortars and small arms against Bakirtaya inhabited area, Sheikh Said, Leramon, Binyamin (three times), Arian (twice), Hai al-Andalus, 3000, Jamariya Harb al-Zahraa, and Ashrafiyah quarters, area of the gas factory, SYRIATEL communication station, area of the melon market, Hikma School, and Kastello trade center (twice) in the Aleppo city.
Jaubar (five times), Harasta al-Qantara, Haush Nasri (twice), Arbin (three times), and Haush Harabu have been shelled in the Damascus province.
Armed formations of terrorist groupings have also shelled Maharda and Hama airfield in the Hama province; positions of the government troops near height 1222 in the al-Quneitra province; Kafr Shams in the Daraa province.
Russian Aerospace Forces and Syrian Air Force did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the population of Syria
Within last 24 hours, one humanitarian event has been held. Citizens of Masyaf in the Hama province have received about 2.5 tons of humanitarian aid.
Posts with hot meal and items of first necessity continue their work for civilians who leave the districts of the Aleppo city, which are under control of terrorist armed groupings.
Within last 24 hours, 9 civilians and 3 insurgents have left areas of the Aleppo city, which had been controlled by illegal armed formations.
