Reconciliation of the opposing sides

Within last 24 hours, truce agreements have been signed with representatives of 2 inhabited areas of the Latakia province.

The total number of inhabited areas, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, has reached 935.

Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been continued with field commanders of armed groups in the Muaddamiyah al-Sham inhabited area in the Damascus province, and detachments of the armed opposition in the Homs, Aleppo, and al-Quneitra provinces.

The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings remained 69.

Ceasefire observation

Within last 24 hours, 39 shellings performed by illegal armed formations have been registered in the provinces of Aleppo (18), Damascus (17), Latakia (2), Daraa (1) and Hama (1).

Armed formations, which had claimed to join the ceasefire regime, have performed 11 shellings with improvised MLRS, mortars and small arms.

In the Damascus province, armed formations, which had claimed to be opposition of the Jaysh al-Islam grouping, have fired against Blelije, Mazraat Mahmud, Jaubar (two times), and Bludan, highway near Duma, and height 612.

Armed formations of the Free Syrian Army have fired against the Tubal fortress (two times) in the Latakia province; Salah al-Din and al-Salhin quarters of the Aleppo city.

In the Aleppo province, armed formations of terrorist groupings have fired improvised MLRS, tube artillery, mortars and small arms against 1070 (twice), Suleiman Halabi, Manyan, Dahiya al-Assad, Ashrafiyah, and Leramon quarters, Hikma School (twice), al-Assad military academy (twice), Kastello trade center, areas of the paperboard plant and in the Aleppo city, and Ansar (twice) and al-Nayrab inhabited areas.

In the Damascus province, terrorists have shelled Arbin (three times), Jaubar (twice), Haush Nasri (twice), al-Wafidin camp, and Ibn al-Walid (twice).

In the Daraa province, terrorists have fired against Osman.

Strike by an UAV fitted with an explosive device has been performed against Suran in the Hama province.

Russian Aerospace Forces and Syrian Air Force did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.

Humanitarian aid to the population of Syria

Two humanitarian events have been held, in course of which citizens had received humanitarian aid:

in the area of the New Aleppo (al-Rahma Mosque) in the Aleppo city – about 700 kg;

in the National Hospital of the Hama province – about 200 kg.

Posts with hot meal and items of first necessity continue their work for civilians who leave the districts of the Aleppo city, which are under control of terrorist armed groupings.

Additional information

On November 13, terrorists used chemical weapons against the governmental troops near Karim Jazmati area of the eastern Aleppo.

As a result, about 30 military servicemen of the 415th battalion of the 115th division of the Republican Guards suffered poisoning of different levels. Most servicemen were evacuated to a hospital in Aleppo in short time.

According to Syrian servicemen, their poisoning with gas was preceded by the explosion of a mine or a gas tank, which had been launched from an improvised Hellfire rocket system.

The samples, which had been taken by Russian officers of the Research Center for NBC protection of the Russian Armed Forces on the site, confirm the use of chlorine by insurgents as a chemical warfare agent.
