Reconciliation of the opposing sides
Within last 24 hours, truce agreements have been signed with representatives of 6 inhabited areas of the Latakia (2), and Hama (4) provinces.
The total number of inhabited areas, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, has reached 924.
Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been continued with field commanders of armed groups in the Muaddamiyah al-Sham inhabited area in the Damascus province, and detachments of the armed opposition in the Homs, Hama, Aleppo, and al-Quneitra provinces.
The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings remained 69.
Within last 24 hours, 47 shellings performed by illegal armed formations have been registered in the provinces of Aleppo (22), Damascus (21), al-Quneitra, Latakia (1), and Hama (1).
Armed formations, which had claimed to join the ceasefire regime, have fired improvized MLRS, air defence systems, mortars and small arms against Azizi in the Aleppo province, Salakh al-Din and al-Masharqa quarters in the Aleppo city; Harasta, Jaubar, Duma, and height 612 in the Damascus province as well as Muhajireen area in the Damascus city; Kardakha in the Latakia province.
In the Aleppo province, armed formations of terrorist groupings have fired MLRS, tanks, tube artillery, mortars and small arms against Bakirtaya and Shurfa inhabited areas, Manyan, Arian, Sheikh Maqsood, Leramon, 3000, 1070, and Suleiman Khalabi quarters of the Aleppo city, Kastello trade center, Haikma School, al-Assad military academy and area of the paperboard plant.
Jaubar, Haush Nasri, Arbil, Kabun, Harasta and Duma as well as the al-Wafidin camp have been shelled in the Damascus province.
Terrorists have also shelled Durin and Harfa in the al-Quneitra province as well as Suran in the Hama province.
Russian Aerospace Forces and Syrian Air Force did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the population of Syria
Two humanitarian events have been held, in course of which citizens had received humanitarian aid:
in Dimas (Damascus province) – about 2 tons;
in the al-Ashrafiya area of Aleppo – about 1 ton.
Posts with hot meal and items of first necessity continue their work for civilians who leave the districts of the Aleppo city, which are under control of terrorist armed groupings.
