Reconciliation of the opposing sides
Within last 24 hours, truce agreements have been signed with representatives of 4 inhabited areas of the Latakia province.
The total number of inhabited areas, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, has reached 888.
Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been continued with field commanders of armed groups in the Muaddamiyah al-Sham inhabited area in the Damascus province, and detachments of the armed opposition in the Homs, Aleppo, and al-Quneitra provinces.
The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings remained 69.
Within last 24 hours, 43 shellings performed by illegal armed formations have been registered in the provinces of Aleppo (22), Damascus (18), Latakia (2) and Hama (1).
Armed formations, which had claimed to join the ceasefire regime, have fired improvized MLRS, mortars and small arms against Harasta, Jaubar, Blelije, and the height 612 in the Damascus province; Sallah-ed-Din, al-Masharqa and Khai-al-Antari quarters in the Aleppo city; Ain-Sleima inhabited area in the Latakia province as well as positions of the government troops on Abu-Ali mount.
In the Aleppo province, armed formations of terrorist groupings have fired improvised MLRS, tube artillery, mortars and small arms against Ansar inhabited area, 3000, 1070, al-Maidam, Ramussi, Jamariah Harb-al-Zakhra quarters, al-Assad military academy, checkpoint 1 on the Kastello road, and area of the former military school in the Aleppo city.
The Ibn al-Walid hospital, the al-Wafidin camp in the Duma settlement, the sports ground and the electricity station in Jaubar, as well as Harasta, Haush-Nasri and Kabun inhabited areas have been shelled in the Damascus province.
Terrorists shelled Makharda inhabited area in the Hama province.
Russian Aerospace Forces and Syrian Air Force did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the population of Syria
Five humanitarian events have been held, in course of which citizens had received humanitarian aid:
in the Mufahaza district (city of Aleppo) refugee students studying in the university have received 2,5 tons;
in the Es-Suwayda city – about 800 kilograms;
in the Al-Ghasaniah settlement (Homs province) – about 4,37 tons;
in the Safita settlement (Tartus province) – about 4,75 tons;
in the Brummanet-al-Mashayeh (Tartus province) – about 4,75 tons.
Posts with hot meal and items of first necessity continue their work for civilians who leave the districts of the Aleppo city, which are under control of terrorist armed groupings.
