Reconciliation of the opposing sides
Within last 24 hours, truce agreements have been signed with representatives of 4 inhabited areas of the Latakia (3) and Hama (1) provinces in the Syrian Arab Republic.
The total number of inhabited areas, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, has reached 855.
Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been continued with field commanders of armed groups in the Muaddamet al-Shikh (Damascus province) and detachments of armed opposition in the Hama, Homs, Aleppo, and al-Quneitra provinces.
The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings remained 69.
Within last 24 hours, 41 shellings performed by illegal armed formations have been registered in the provinces of Aleppo (17), Damascus (16), Latakia (4), Hama (2), and Daraa (2).
Armed formations, which had claimed to join the ceasefire regime, have fired tanks, mortars and small arms against Azizi inhabited area in the Aleppo province; Jaubar, Kafr Batna, Duma, and Harasta inhabited areas, and area of the height 612 in the Damascus province; Turbal inhabited area and positions of the government troops on the Abu Ali Mountain.
An unmanned aerial vehicle fitted with an explosive device has been operated in the Turbal inhabited area.
In the Aleppo province, armed formations of terrorist groupings have fired improvised MLRS, tube artillery, portable AT grenade launchers, mortars and small arms against Shurfa, Ansar and Bakirtaya inhabited areas, Suleiman Khalabi, Arian, Dahiya al-Assad, al-Maidam, and 1070 quarters, a school near Hai al-Andaluz, cement plant, al-Assad military academy, SYRIATEL mobile communication station, Kastello trade center, and the humanitarian corridor near al-Masharka in the Aleppo city.
Haush Nasri, Arbil and Harasta inhabited areas, secondary school and sports ground in Jaubar, Ibn al-Walid hospital, and al-Wafidin camp near the Mazraat Makhmud inhabited area have been shelled in the Damascus province.
In the Hama province, terrorists have shelled living buildings and a thermal power station in the Makharda inhabited area.
Jaba and Hirbat al-Hazala inhabited areas have been shelled in the Daraa province.
Russian Aerospace Forces and Syrian Air Force did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the population of Syria
Citizens of Makharda (Hama province) and Ashrafiyah area of the Aleppo city have received more than 6 tons of humanitarian cargos in total.
Posts with hot meal and items of first necessity continue their work for civilians who leave the districts of the Aleppo city, which are under control of terrorist armed groupings.
