Reconciliation of the opposing sides
Within last 24 hours, truce agreements have been signed with representatives of 7 inhabited areas of the Latakia (4), and Homs (1) provinces.
The total number of inhabited areas, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, has reached 795.
Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been continued with field commanders of armed groups in the Muaddamet al-Shikh (Damascus province) and detachments of armed opposition in the Homs, Aleppo, and al-Quneitra provinces.
The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings remained 69.
Within last 24 hours, 51 shellings performed by illegal armed formations have been registered in the provinces of Aleppo (25), Damascus (16), Latakia (5), Hama (4), and al-Quneitra (1).
Armed formations, which had claimed to join the ceasefire regime, have fired AT guided missiles, mortars and small arms against Azizi inhabited area, al-Masharka, Hai al-Antari quarters, and positions of the government troops near al-Salhini in the Aleppo province; Harasta inhabited area, height 612, and positions of the government troops near Mazar Abu in the Damascus province; Nahshebba, Hamrat and Salma inhabited areas in the Latakia province.
Unmanned aerial vehicles fitted with explosive devices have been used in Tubal and Rasha (Latakia province).
In the Aleppo province, armed formations of terrorist groupings have fired improvised MLRS, tube artillery, grenade launchers, AT guided missiles, mortars and small arms against Khananu Shimaliyah, Bakirtaya, Shurfa, Hasajeck inhabited areas, 1070 (three times), Ramusi (two times), Suleiman Khalabi (two times), Karm al-Jebel, Sheikh Maqsood, and Hai al-Ansari quarters, positions of the government troops near cement plant, al-Assad military academy (three times), Kastello trade center, and Karyat Khalab fortress in the Aleppo city.
In the Damascus province, terrorists have shelled Harasta, Tell al-Kurdi, Haush Nasri, Kabun, Jaubar (twice), Dahiyat al-Assad, Bala al-Kadima, and Arbil inhabited areas, Ibn al-Walid hospital in al-Rihan (twice), and Samadi crossroad, and al-Abbasiin stadium in the Damascus city.
Terrorists have fired Krakh, Maan (twice), and Skandriyah inhabited areas in the Hama province.
Jaba inhabited area has been shelled in the al-Quneitra province.
Russian Aerospace Forces and Syrian Air Force did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the population of Syria
Citizens of Jabla (Latakia province) have received food products (more than 1 ton) – sugar, rice, tea, flour, and canned products.
Posts with hot meal and items of first necessity continue their work for civilians who leave the districts of the Aleppo city, which are under control of terrorist armed groupings.
