Reconciliation of the opposing sides
Within last 24 hours, truce agreements have been signed with representatives of 6 inhabited areas in the Latakia (4) and Homs (2) provinces.
The total number of inhabited areas, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, has reached 608.
Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been continued with field commanders of armed opposition detachments active in the Homs, Aleppo, Al-Quneitra provinces.
The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings remained 69.
In accordance with the Russian-American agreements achieved in Geneva, the ceasefire has resumed since 19:00, September 12, 2016 on the whole territory of the Syrian Arab Republic.
To provide its observation in all the Syrian provinces, the Russian party has deployed operational groups. The control over the observation of the Russian-American agreements will be carried out by all means including usage of unmanned aerial vehicles.
The ceasefire has been observed in most provinces of the Syrian Arab Republic. On September 11, 2016, 11 ceasefire violations have been registered in the Damascus (7) and Latakia (4) provinces.
Jaysh al-Islam formations, which had claimed to belong to the opposition, have performed mortar shelling of Duma, Al-Mokhammadia, Tel-al-Kurdi, Nashabiah, Haush-Duarah, Arbil, Jaubar inhabited areas in the Damascus province.
In the Latakia province, armed formations of the Ahrar ash-Sham grouping have fired against the Hamrat, Rasha, Abu-Ali and positions of the Syrian Armed Forces near the point 529.
Russian Aerospace Forces and Syrian Air Force did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the Syrian population
Low-income families of the Masiaf settlement (Hama province) have received over 200 kg of humanitarian cargoes (rice, sugar, flour, canned meat and fish).
Civilians of the Kamychli (Al-Hasakah province) have received over 12 tons of humanitarian cargoes dropped by IL-76 aircraft of the Syrian Air Force (rice, sugar, flour, canned meat and fish).
Posts with hot meal and items of first necessity continue their work for civilians who leave the districts of the Aleppo city, which are under control of terrorist armed groupings.
Groupings of Jabhat al-Nusra and ISIS international terrorist organizations do not stop making attempts to break the ceasefire regime.
Within last 24 hours, in the Aleppo city terrorists have fired MLRS, AT missile complexes and mortars against Ramusi, Khai-al-Ansari 1070 quarters, the military school of armament and the Kastello trade centre.
Mortars and AT grenade launchers have been used against inhabited areas Hirbat-al-Gazala (Daraa province), Maharda and Kaukab (Hama province), Duma, Haush-Nasri, Kabun the medical school in the Harasta settlement (Damacus province), as well as the hospital Ibn-al-Walid in the Damacus city.
