Reconciliation of the opposing sides
Within last 24 hours, truce agreements have been signed with representatives of 6 inhabited areas in the Homs (2) and Latakia (4) provinces.
The total number of inhabited areas, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, has reached 569.
Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been continued with field commanders of armed opposition detachments active in the Damascus, Homs, Aleppo, Al-Quneitra provinces.
The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings remained 69.
The ceasefire has been observed in most provinces of the Syrian Arab Republic. Within last 24 hours, 6 ceasefire violations have been registered in the Damascus (5) and Latakia (1) provinces.
Jaysh al-Islam formations, which had claimed to belong to the opposition, have performed mortar shelling of Er-Rikhan, Haush-Duarah, Duma, Arbil, Jaubar inhabited areas in the Damascus province.
In the Latakia province, militants of the Ahrar ash-Sham grouping have fired MLRS against Ain-al-Ashra inhabited area.
Russian Aerospace Forces and Syrian Air Force did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the Syrian population
Posts with hot meal and items of first necessity continue their work for civilians who leave the districts of the Aleppo city, which are under control of terrorist armed groupings.
Groupings of Jabhat al-Nusra and ISIS international terrorist organizations do not stop making attempts to break the ceasefire regime.
Within last 24 hours, in the Aleppo province terrorists have fired with improvised MLRS, mortars, antitank guided missiles, canons of tanks and combat vehicles against the Khai-al-Ansari and “1070” quarters, the Air Force school and armaments, the Kastello trade centre.
Armed formations of the terrorist groupings in the Damascus province have opened mortar fire against inhabited areas Haush-al-Farra, the textile factory in the Jaubar settlement, the Ibn-al-Walid hospital and the school of medical service in the Harasta inhabited area.
Moreover, the Mardes, Maharda and Kaukab inhabited areas have been shelled in the Hama province.
