Reconciliation of the opposing sides
Within last 24 hours, truce agreements have been signed with representatives of 4 inhabited areas in the Latakia province.
The total number of inhabited areas, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, has reached 534.
Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been continued with field commanders of armed opposition detachments active in the Homs, Latakia, Hama, Al-Quneitra provinces.
The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings remained 69.
The ceasefire has been observed in most provinces of the Syrian Arab Republic. Within last 24 hours, 8 ceasefire violations have been registered in the Damascus (5), and Latakia (3) provinces.
Jaysh al-Islam formations, which had claimed to belong to the opposition, have performed mortar shelling of Arbil, Duma, Harasta, Jaubar, Haush-Duarah inhabited areas in the Damascus province.
While firing against the Ara, Bruma and Tubal inhabited areas in the Latakia province, militants of the Ahrar ash-Sham formations used unmanned aerial vehicles fitted with explosive devices.
Russian Aerospace Forces and Syrian Air Force did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the Syrian population
Low-income families of the Bnamra inhabited area (Hama province) have received over 2 tons of humanitarian cargoes – rice, sugar, canned meat and fish.
Posts with hot meal and items of first necessity continue their work for civilians who leave the districts of the Aleppo city, which are under control of terrorist armed groupings.
Groupings of Jabhat al-Nusra and ISIS international terrorist organizations do not stop making attempts to break the ceasefire regime.
Within last 24 hours, in the Aleppo city terrorists have fired with improvised MLRS, mortars, antitank guided missiles and tank canons against settlements: Karasi settlement, Khai-al-Ansari quarter, the region of the Air Force school and armament of the Aleppo city.
In the Damascus province, terrorists have opened mortar fire against settlements Haush-Nasri, Haush-Harabu, Bala-al-Djadida, Arbil, Shurkhun, and the Kusair farm.
In the Daraa province, terrorists have shelled with MLRS and howitzers the Al-Naimah and the Al-Manshia quarter in the Daraa city; in the Idlib province – Al-Khabid; in the Hama province – the Taybet-al-Imam settlement and the Hama airport.
