Reconciliation of the opposing sides
Within last 24 hours, truce agreements have been signed with representatives of 26 inhabited areas in the Homs (14), Es-Suwayda (5), Latakia (4) and Hama (3) provinces.
The total number of inhabited areas, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, has reached 530.
Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been continued with field commanders of armed opposition detachments active in the Homs, Latakia, Hama, Al-Quneitra provinces.
The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings remained 69.
The ceasefire has been observed in most provinces of the Syrian Arab Republic. Within last 24 hours, 10 ceasefire violations have been registered in the Damascus (6), and Latakia (4) provinces.
Jaysh al-Islam formations, which had claimed to belong to the opposition, have performed mortar shelling of Duma, Nashabiyah, Al-Mahammadiyah, Jaubar, Haush-Duarah, Kabun inhabited areas in the Damascus province.
In the Latakia province, armed formations of the Free Syrian Army grouping have fired from tank canons and MLRS against Kermel inhabited area.
While firing against the Ara, Roys-Sheyms and Tubal inhabited areas in the Latakia province, militants of the Ahrar ash-Sham formations used unmanned aerial vehicles fitted with explosive devices.
Russian Aerospace Forces and Syrian Air Force did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the Syrian population
Posts with hot meal and items of first necessity continue their work for civilians who leave the districts of the Aleppo city, which are under control of terrorist armed groupings.
Groupings of Jabhat al-Nusra and ISIS international terrorist organizations do not stop making attempts to break the ceasefire regime.
Within last 24 hours, in the Aleppo province, militants terrorists have fired from tank canons, improvised MLRS and mortars against Karasi and Al-Hader settlements, the positions of the Syrian Armed Forces near mountain Jabal-al-Baajir, the Khai-al-Ansari quarter, the Kastello trade centre, the tannery and the cement plant in the Aleppo city.
In the Damascus province, terrorists have also shelled the Haush-Nasri, Jaubar, Marj-Sultan, Haush-Harabu, Huteita-al-Jaraf, Khan-ash-Shikh inhabited areas; in the Hama province – Maharda, Tel-Salkhab; in the Al-Quneitra province – Jabara; in the Hama province – the checkpoint of the government troops located 1 km to the south-west of the Sem-Ali settlement.
