Reconciliation of the opposing sides
Within last 24 hours, truce agreements have been signed with representatives of 5 inhabited areas in the Latakia (4) and Homs (1) provinces.
The total number of inhabited areas, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, has reached 486.
Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been continued with field commanders of armed opposition detachments active in the Homs, Latakia, Hama provinces.
The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings remained 69.
The ceasefire has been observed in most provinces of the Syrian Arab Republic. Within last 24 hours, 12 ceasefire violations have been registered in the Damascus (6), and Latakia (6) provinces.
Jaysh al-Islam formations, which had claimed to belong to the opposition, have performed mortar shelling of Duma, Jaubar, Haush-Duarah, Arbil, Kabun and Harasta inhabited areas in the Damascus province.
While firing against the Ara and Bruma inhabited areas as well as the Tubal fortress in the Latakia province, militants of the Ahrar ash-Sham formations used unmanned aerial vehicles fitted with explosive devices. Additionally in the Latakia province, formations of the “Free Syrian Army” and the “Turkistan Islamic Party” armed groupings have opened fire against areas near Abu-Ali mountain.
Russian Aerospace Forces and Syrian Air Force did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the Syrian population
Posts with hot meal and items of first necessity continue their work for civilians who leave the districts of the Aleppo city, which are under control of terrorist armed groupings.
Groupings of Jabhat al-Nusra and ISIS international terrorist organizations do not stop making attempts to break the ceasefire regime.
Within last 24 hours, in the Aleppo city terrorists have shelled with improvised MLRS and mortars quarters “1070”, Khai-al-Ansari, Leramon, the military academy Al-Assad and the Air Force military school, the gas plant and the “Kastello” trade centre.
In the Damascus province, terrorists have also shelled Duma, Haush-Nasri, Abd-Beinuri, Jaubar, Kabun, Harasta, Haush-al-Farra, Marj-Sultan and Khan-ash-Shikh inhabited areas.
Within the last 2 days, over 1800 people have been evacuated from the Daraya inhabited area (Damascus province) – those are civilians, militants who laid down their arms and members of their families. They have been delivered by buses to the Idlib city and to the temporary housing area in the Keisua settlement (Damascus province). Seriously wounded people have been delivered to the hospitals of the Damascus city.
