Reconciliation of the opposing sides
Within last 24 hours, truce agreements have been signed with representatives of 5 inhabited areas in the Homs province.
The total number of inhabited areas, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, has reached 481.
Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been continued with field commanders of armed opposition detachments active in the Homs, Latakia, Hama provinces.
The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings remained 69.
The ceasefire has been observed in most provinces of the Syrian Arab Republic. Within last 24 hours, 6 ceasefire violations have been registered in the Damascus (5), and Latakia (1) provinces.
Jaysh al-Islam formations, which had claimed to belong to the opposition, have performed mortar shelling of Duma, Jaubar, Haush-Duarah, Arbil and Harasta in the Damascus province.
In the Latakia province, armed formations of the Ahrar ash-Sham armed grouping have opened fire against areas near Abu-Ali mountain.
Russian Aerospace Forces and Syrian Air Force did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the Syrian population
Low-income families of the Darius and Heriada (Latakia province) inhabited area have received 1 ton (each) of humanitarian cargos with rice, sugar, tea, canned meat and fish.
Groupings of Jabhat al-Nusra and ISIS international terrorist organizations do not stop making attempts to break the ceasefire regime.
Posts with hot meal and items of first necessity are deployed for civilians who leave the districts of the Aleppo city, which are under control of terrorist armed groupings.
Within last 24 hours, in the Aleppo province, terrorists have fired with MLRS, mortars and tanks against Khai-al-Ansari and Leramon quarters, the tannery and the cement plant, the Kastello trade centre.
In the Damascus province, terrorists have also shelled Haush-al-Farra, Harasta, Huteita al-Jarash, Arbil, Haush-Nasri, Marj-Sultan, farms of the Khan-ash-Shikh inhabited area; in the Daraa province – the Ed-Dur settlement.
Evacuation of civilians and militants who have agreed to lay down their arms has started in the Daraya inhabited area.
Evacuation was performed by 10 buses and 7 ambulance vehicles.
265 civilians (in general, women, children and old people) have been evacuated from the Dareya city to the temporary housing area in the Keisua settlement (Damascus province).
Another 10 seriously wounded people have been delivered by ambulances to the hospitals of the Damascus city.
120 militants and their family members (230 persons in total) have left on their own free will the Dareya city. They headed to Idlib inhabited area on buses.
