Reconciliation of the opposing sides
Within last 24 hours, truce agreements have been signed with representatives of 8 inhabited areas in the Latakia (4), Hama (2) and Damascus (2) provinces.
The total number of inhabited areas, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, has reached 457.
Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been continued with field commanders of armed opposition detachments active in the Es-Suwayda, Al-Quneitra and Damascus provinces.
The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings remained 69.
The ceasefire has been observed in most provinces of the Syrian Arab Republic. Within last 24 hours, 7 ceasefire violations have been registered in the Damascus (6), and Latakia (1) provinces.
Jaysh al-Islam formations, which had claimed to belong to the opposition, have performed mortar shelling of Haush-Duarah, Al-Rikhan, Duma, Zamalka, Harasta and Jaubar in the Damascus province.
In the Latakia province, armed formations of the Ahrar ash-Sham armed grouping have opened mortar fire on zones near Abu-Ali mountain.
Russian Aerospace Forces and Syrian Air Force did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the Syrian population
In Damascus, officers of the Russian Centre for reconciliation of the opposing sides have met representatives of the office of the Special Envoy of the UN Secretary-General for Syria Staffan de Mistura in Damascus, the International Committee of the Red Cross in Syria and the Syrian government.
In the course of the meetings, they discussed the issues corresponding to delivery of the UN humanitarian aid to the eastern and western districts of Aleppo. The participants of the meetings negotiated the procedure of conducting of humanitarian convoys as well as security issues.
Posts with hot meal and items of first necessity are deployed for civilians who leave the districts of the Aleppo city, which are under control of terrorist armed groupings.
Inhabitants of the Kafir Et-Tahta inhabited area (Damascus province) have received 3 tons of humanitarian cargoes.
Low-income families of the Marmarita (Homs province) inhabited areas have received over 1,5 tons of humanitarian cargos with rice, sugar, canned meat and fish.
Aircraft of the Abakan Air, Russian aviation company, has dropped over 17 tons of UN humanitarian cargos with corns, salt, sugar, tomato paste on Deir ez-Zor, which had been besieged by ISIS terrorists.
Groupings of Jabhat al-Nusra and ISIS international terrorist organizations do not stop making attempts to break the ceasefire regime.
Within last 24 hours, in the Aleppo city terrorists have shelled with MLRS and mortars quarters Khai-al-Ansari, Banjyamin and Leramon as well as the Kastello trade center, southern farms, purification works, zones near Tel-Jobegja mountain.
In the Damascus province, terrorists have fired against inhabited areas: Marj-Sultan, Harasta, Haush-Nasri, Zamalka, Jaubar, Duma, Baharia as well as farms of the Khan-as-Shikh inhabited area.
Armed formations of the terrorist groupings in the Homs province have fired against inhabited areas Tal-Salkhab, Umm, Es-Serj-Shamali, Teyr-Maala, Tisnin and al-Ghasbiyah as well as the airport region in the Hama province.
