Reconciliation of the opposing sides
Within last 24 hours, truce agreements have been signed with representatives of 6 inhabited areas in the Latakia (4), Damascus (1), and Homs (1) provinces.
The total number of inhabited areas, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, has reached 395.
Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been continued with field commanders of armed opposition detachments active in the Homs, Rif-Dimashq, and al-Suwayda provinces.
The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings remained 69.
The ceasefire has been observed in most provinces of the Syrian Arab Republic. Within last 24 hours, 8 ceasefire violations have been registered in the Damascus (5), and Latakia (3) provinces.
Jaysh al-Islam formations, which had claimed to belong to the opposition, have performed mortar shelling of Arbil, Jaubar, Haush al-Shalaq, Harasta and Duma in the Damascus province.
In the Latakia province, armed formations of the Free Syrian Army grouping have shelled positions of the government troops near Tubal fortress and Abu Ali mountain with mortars, MLRS, and air defence systems. Ahrar al-Sham formations have shelled Kinsibba with artillery and tanks.
Russian Aerospace Forces and Syrian Air Force did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the Syrian population
Low-income families of Jubb Abbas (Homs province) have received more than 2 tons of humanitarian cargos with rice, sugar, tea, canned products, and school items for children.
In the Damascus province, civilians of Dahiya Andalus have received more than 3 tons of humanitarian aid with rice, sugar and canned products.
Groupings of Jabhat al-Nusra and ISIS international terrorist organizations do not stop making attempts to break the ceasefire regime.
Within last 24 hours, terrorists have shelled Hai al-Ansari, al-Khalidiyah, Leramon, quarters, the Kastello trade center, cement and tannery plants in the Aleppo city.
In the Damascus province, terrorists have also shelled Duma, Jaubar, Harasta, Bahariyah, Haush Nasri, Huteita al-Jarash, and farms of Khan al-Shikh.
