Reconciliation of the opposing sides
Within last 24 hours, truce agreements have been signed with representatives of 5 inhabited areas in the Latakia (4) and Homs (1) provinces.
The total number of inhabited areas, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, has reached 388.
Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been continued with field commanders of armed opposition detachments active in the Latakia, al-Suwayda, and Homs provinces.
The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings remained 69.
The ceasefire has been observed in most provinces of the Syrian Arab Republic. Within last 24 hours, 10 ceasefire violations have been registered in the Damascus (6), and Latakia (4) provinces.
Jaysh al-Islam formations, which had claimed to belong to the opposition, have performed mortar shelling of Arbil, Jaubar, Haush al-Shalaq, Kabun, Duma, and Harasta towns in the Damascus province.
In the Latakia province, Ahrar al-Sham armed formations have performed shelling of Ain al-Qantara and Qinsibba inhabited areas as well as positions of the government troops near Abu Ali mountain. Armed formations of the Caucasus grouping carried have shelled positions of the government troops near Zuaiqat mountain.
Russian Aerospace Forces and Syrian Air Force did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the population of Syria
Aircraft of the Abakan Air, Russian aviation company, has dropped 22 tons of UN humanitarian cargos with corns, salt, and sugar on Deir ez-Zor, which had been besieged by ISIS terrorists.
Groupings of Jabhat al-Nusra and ISIS international terrorist organizations do not stop making attempts to break the ceasefire regime.
Within last 24 hours, terrorists have shelled Haush Nasri, Kabun, Harasta, Zamalka, Haush Harabu, Haush al-Farah, Hutaita al-Jarash towns in the Damascus province as well as al-Bas inhabited area in the al-Quneitra province.
In the Aleppo city terrorists have shelled southern farms, al-Asad Military Academy, cement plant, agricultural market, the Kastello trade center, Hai al-Ansari, al-Khalidiyah quarters, and al-Nayrab airport.
Government of the Syrian Arab Republic controls the humanitarian situation in the Aleppo city. First aid centers and posts with hot meal continue their work in areas of the humanitarian corridors.
In the Karyat al-Ansari quarter of Eastern Aleppo, Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists have executed two insurgents and members of their families, who had tried to lay down their weapons and leave the city through the humanitarian convoys to regions controlled by the government troops. In total, terrorists have executed 40 people.
