Reconciliation of the opposing sides
Within last 24 hours, no truce agreement has been signed with representatives of inhabited areas in Syrian Arab Republic.
The total number of inhabited areas, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, remained 371.
Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been continued with field commanders of armed opposition detachments active in the Latakia, Homs and Hama provinces.
The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings remained 69.
The ceasefire has been observed in most provinces of the Syrian Arab Republic. Within last 24 hours, 8 ceasefire violations have been registered in the Damascus (7), and Latakia (1) provinces.
Jaysh al-Islam formations, which had claimed to belong to the opposition, have performed mortar shelling of Haush Nasri, Arbil, Harasta, Kabun, Duma, and Jaubar towns in the Damascus province.
In the Latakia province, Ahrar al-Sham armed formations performed shelling of Shillif fortress.
Russian Aerospace Forces and Syrian Air Force did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the Syrian population
Low-income families of Saleib al-Turkuman (Latakia province) have received 2 tons of humanitarian aid.
Cultural and humanitarian event has been held in the Akram Makhzumi School (Homs), which had suffered terrorist attacks. Children have received school items. Citizens of Homs have also received 2 tons of humanitarian cargos with flour.
Aircraft of the Abakan Air, Russian aviation company, has dropped 21 tons of UN humanitarian cargos with corns and melted butter on Deir ez-Zor, which had been besieged by ISIS terrorists.
Groupings of Jabhat al-Nusra and ISIS international terrorist organizations do not stop making attempts to break the ceasefire regime.
Within last 24 hours, terrorists have shelled Hai al-Antar, Hai al-Ansar, and Leramon quarters, gas and cement plants, the “Kastello” trade center and the area of the al-Nayrab airport in the Aleppo city with improvised MLRS and mortars.
Terrorists have also shelled Abd Beinuri, Huteita al-Jarash, Khan al-Shikh, Bahariyah in the Damascus province; Roys Shems, Kabuh, and area of the Tubal fortress in the Latakia province; and Fuah in the Idlib province.
Humanitarian situation in the western part of the Aleppo city is being stabilized and is under control of the Syrian Arab Republic government.
210 posts with hot meals and items of first necessity have been deployed in the western part of the city for civilians leaving the Aleppo area, which had been controlled by armed formations of terrorist groupings.
Delivery of food products and moving of civilians is organized along the road leading through northern and southern farms located near the “Kastello” trade center. This is caused by intensification of warfare in the south-western suburbs of the city.
